Looking for.... Admins!

This is kind of an unusual post in the wanted section, but I figured it would probably be the best place to put this.
I am currently looking for three (3) additional people who would be interested in joining up with me and the existing admin board, to help with planning, and aiding in game control.
I was going to send out invites through Pm, but I figured thats a bad way to go about it, as I don't want to put anybody on the spot, and I feel that people who really want to help with large op planning and design are immensely more valuable, then people who feel like they are being pressured into it.
Basically, I am looking for a few guys that want to get involved in large scale op planning, and the prop making/gathering/integration/situation setting that goes with it.
This is a general invite for anyone interested, and its rather loose, just a net grabber
We usually meet around the UoA area, so if you are far away from there, you might want to pass unless you are in the area on occasion.
We usually meet twice a month at least, and weekly as the games approach.
I am looking for mature players who are interested in meeting up to plan and create AS scenarios.
and people who have always thought they could have done something better in a scenario.
Or People who just love gathering props, and making something fun for other airsofters to enjoy
