Also keep in mind that this is in a early delelopment and so far we are thinking of selling parts and upgrades along with cosmetic peices we will be selling used guns and a small amount of AEGs at first maybe even some GBB

I think a Quality repair/ upgrade service would be the way to go, but you have got to know what you are doing.You cant practice on a customers gun. (evike has bone yard guns buy those and practice). Set up a Menu of your services:
Example-
Basic tune- clean, lube test and chrono ...$XX.00 ( should take a predetermined amount of time)
Trouble shoot- By the hour @ $XX.00Per hr ( fee goes towards repair)
Upgrade- Labor plus parts Have a a few pre set upgrade package prices include labor and parts
Barrel swap-
Cosmetic restoration-
Cosmetic upgrade- Ie; Camo paint, metal parts
Have a small supply of parts on hand. High wear items, pistons, gears sets, springs,Hop up buckings.even a couple of complete gear boxes.

The labor is all profit if done correctly the first time. If you have a come back, and have to re-do it then you have lost all your labor fee. I think everyone in the airsoft community would like to see someone make a go of it- Best of luck
