Postby IconarmsDealer on Fri Jun 01, 2012 6:28 am

....Check the September 49Th Cdo listing. This will give you plenty of time to clear your schedule, and gather the items you need.
This is the first time we [49th] have held a Low light game.
So heres the FAQ
Where? SASCO
What about Illegals? We look like a group of armed military,, we will have no worries!
What about safety? Game limited to Ruins and bunkers area!
Can we use NVD/NVG? Well if you have them yes?
Snakes? If you are not worried about them any other time, dont worry now!

We will also have some lighting and will let the pinal county LE know we are there.
Check the post, and dont be a wussy Dont be afraid of the dark
AGE RESTRICTED 16+
Three 8Hr Chem sticks Red blue green and a flash light or Weapons light

Specific rule set for lights and tracers? Glowstick usage? Constant on?
"Friendly fire isn't"
If a speeding pellet in a quiet woods hits a noob in the face, and he cries, does anyone care?

Also, what would the corpsman channel be? This is definitely something you want, if running a low light game! Also, what would be the designated chemstick/flashlight color for neutrality (i.e. you're walking back to the vehicles, and don't want to be shot).

I'm thinking that if you have a flashlight, and are walking back to the vehicles, shine it into the sky, so people know you're not a threat.

If I'm able to go, I can try to remember to bring some red balloons so people can put those over their flashlights if they want, for when they want to move back to the vehicles.

If I go, I'll try to bring my friend, Apollo, if he's able to play then. He'll outshine anyone there. (I can hear Ex, and Yellow_fever groaning now)
Don't bother calling "Surrender" on me, unless you are A) Right by me or B) Shooting 450+ with .20's. I WILL shoot you if I see you, otherwise. I am stubborn, and don't like to surrender. Consider yourself warned.

Teams split by Color-Green and Blue-Teams should stay as tight as they can to avoid friendly fire.Millers have Chemstick holders that allow you to cover the stick or rotate to display. I would just hang them on Para cord around the neck and keep them inside your jacket.
Red=Death stick, and dont shoot-When hit pull out the red stick, Also used to Move to Staging area
Tracers are more than welcome and will add some great effect. I hope to see some.

Flash lights- this is simply for players to see.Keeping in mind that it will give them away.
Respawns are located by Glow stick markers corasponding to Team color.
NVD's are welcome. If more than one player has NVD they will be devided to give each faction a fair chance.
Games will run 30Min each or until all oppnents are Killed.
Protective head gear is a good Idea

Corpsman channels will be set at game time.
We will have one person as Game marshal/medic for safety
Pinal County LE will be made aware of our event to avoid any problems.

We will limit the play area to The bunkers, smelter and nearby desert. Any trip falls will be indicated by Yellow Glow sticks.
Clear lenses are a good Idea as far as Eye-pro are concerned.
There will be some tiki torches for effect and lighting, as well as some Pyro smoke for in bunker effect.
Semi auto only inside bunkers due to the ability to judge true distance at night.
I think Snipers will be a real pain if they have a good hide.
Exact Game types will be confirmed, but expect:
Hide and go seek, AKA search and destroy
King of the hill, AKA Capture the Bunker
Snatch and Grab AKa rescue the POW

We will vote at game on rates of fire.As for FPS I dont want to require someone to downgrade their AEG.I think Semi only will suffice.
