For everyone else... It's time we start pulling things together for Red Sleigh Down. Red Sleigh Down is an organized charity game that happens every year where the entrance fee is an unwrapped gift. All gifts are donated to the USMC Toys for Tots after the game.
Last year's event:

If you need motivation here was what we were able to help Toys for Tots with:
Stuffed the truck!

Filled our own bin and then some!

What I'm looking for is interest in volunteering to be game staff and help setup and take down. We all want to play but in order for large games to run smooth there needs to be a non playing element to help direct everything in an unbiased way and handle issues that may arise. If you are interested just reply to this thread and we will pick those we need for each job.
Board Members, let me know which of you can help out pulling things together and planning. Cipherblue, myself, and Tonk can handle things if need be but we certainly don't want to elbow any of you out. I simply didn't want to see such a great event missed because no one had time to plan until it was too late.
