DP can provide repairs, however I cannot vouch for or against them. I don't know them at all.
Local members can also do repairs; ben can do what you need for $10/hour. A few of the desert hawks have thorough tech knowledge, but I couldn't tell you who. A few other scattered members have some tech knowledge, but I don't remember the list, unfortunately.
As for offsite repairs, airsoftgi and evike.com both offer repair/upgrade services for gearbox/hopups, but I have not dealt with them through that aspect. Between the two, I highly recommend airsoftgi.
