TAC Meeting 02.28.09

Meeting: 0800-1000
Pickup Games: 1000-Whenever

Where: Parking Lot; NWOPSite

What: Discuss old org business, close out committee tasks, discuss new org business, assign new committee tasks and open floor.

Members: Please feel free to attend and let your voice be heard. This meeting is primarily for the board to go over old and new business and for all members to participate in the discussions. Member and non member is welcome and highly encouraged!

Non Members: Your welcome to attend and observe but will not have the ability to vote without submitting your membership papers and dues.

After the meeting folks will also have the options to get in on pickup games down on the NWOpsite field.

NOTE: If paying 09 TAC dues TAC Secretary Beans and TAC Treasurer Bio will be on hand to accept you submissions. Cost at this time is $11 for the remainder of the year.

Also, it is a good time to start thinking about your board nominations for 2009/2010 year. Formal nominations will be held at the next meeting slated for late April and Elections are at the following meeting in June. Nominations can be started early online in the members only section by TAC members. If you have any questions on the process please review the TAC bylaws here:

Would love to have you if your feeling up to it and are back in time. To answer your question, no, if you have papers on file with Beans all you need to do is renew the dues portion.

Ill try to be there for the meeting, cant say for sure about the games though, if I do stay, Ill be in green. What all paperwork needs to be filled out for a membership? I cant seem to remember where it is
