OLD BUSINESS;
Continuing Organization Public Relations (Gun shows):
Clayton volunteered to strike up some conversations and pass out some basic flyers at the next gun show or two as he usually attends. We would ask that that anyone who attends feel free to spread the word. Note that there is no expectation or desire to demo any weapons or uniforms that are not already on the floor for sale but striking up a conversation at a gun show should be easy.

Continuing Organization Public Relations (Adopt a Highway):
Kiley volunteered to look into the ADOT adopt a highway program again. If this program is funded again then he will return to the group with the information and get a heading on who would be interested in participating.
Kiley researched and found the program is back with funding and we are eligible. Sign ups are for 2 years spans and for 2 mile stretches. Open questions are: Is adopt a highway tax deductible? Also we need a committee to gauge member interest and take lead since the commitment is for a good amount of time. Kiley to post asking for volunteers for committee.

Rules Update (Non pyrotechnic poppers):
Kiley will update the rules to include provisions for non pyrotechnic popping devices to be used with game props. Examples of this would be mines filled with ground poppers or trip wires that make use of confetti champagne poppers. Group agreed that range should remain consistent with hand grenades AOE rules.

Charity Events (Easter):
Kiley has agreed to take the action item of researching and posting a charity event. At this time the event planned is the revival of the old TAC Easter Eggstreme format of game. It will be planned for the easter time and be a charity event. The board is accepting ideas of what charity to support.
Kiley to request additional submissions for who we can benefit. Kiley will also write up and post event.

NEW BUSINESS
Death Rags: Motion was brought before the group to begin heavier enforcement of death rags at games. This will include a short moratorium for folks to get the required rag. Also we will distribute some rags for purchase among board members so people have an option to buy on game day. Once the moratorium has lapsed people without death rags will be asked to leave to the play field.

Pneumatic Weapons: Discussion was had about pneumatic weapons. The board clarified for present players the rules of pneumatic weapons and also gave some suggestions. Rules are: They are allowed at the discretion of the game host as long as they are 100% pneumatic with no pyrotechnic components and are not used in a direct fire role. Suggestions included over engineering devices to reduce safety concerns. This issue will be revisited at the next meeting since it was suggested, post meeting, that these devices should be restricted to adults for liability reasons.
