OLD BUSINESS:
Fundraiser: Easter Eggstreme was canceled due to not having staff members to put it togther. Kiley was tasked to handle it but real life came up. We will continue research a fund raiser for first half on 2011. Targetting something in June or July. Kiley and buddha assigned. PENDING

TAC PR (Gunshows): It appears that there is still interest in setting up a booth or handing out material at a gunshow or other public venue to get TAC some new faces. At this time we are looking for some solid volunteers and will be researching a booth at a local show much liek Toxic did at the fair last month. Kiley assigned. PENDING

TAC PR (Adopt a highway): Still interest in doing the adopt a highway program. Kiley was unable to get a post togther asking for volunteers to head this up. Current target is to get a post up and see if anyone is willing to take this over. Kiley assigned. DONE (Waiting for responses)

NEW BUSINESS:
For Hire Forum:Team subforums will have linkage added to direct interested parties to the team website. Also, a looking for team forum will be created for new players to interface with teams. Assigned to Kiley. DONE

Public Relations Article: We will be setting up an article for handing out to any media contacts that approach us. First step is to create the article out of balanced language and submit to members for review. Kiley is assigned. PENDING

Team subforum cleanup: Teams with subforums will be given a 14 day notice in the near future. If they have no activity in the organization at that time their subforum will be removed. Kiley assigned.DONE

AO search: We will be attempting to start dialog with the Cataline district forest service office in the near future. Step 1 is to gather up our contact and reference information. Step 2 is to select a probable location for an AO. Step 3 will be to submit our proposal to the office. All members are encouraged to submit areas they think would suffice as an AO in the Mt Lemmon area. GPS coordinates for all 4 corners of the site are helpful. TJC10 assigned. PENDING

Pneumatic Weapons: Discussion was had about home made pneumatic launchers. The group consensus was that all pneumatics that make use of a home made propellant system (i.e. 40mm moscart devices or commerical devices excluded) may only be operated by an operator that is 18 years of age or older. Additionally all devices must still be reviewed by staff on an event to event basis. Kiley will update the rules language. Kiley assigned. PENDING

Waivers: Officers will begin collecting waivers for EVERYONE in the organization. Minors should download and print the waiver to get it signed by their parent. Adults can download and print or collect and sign one at an event. No ETA on completion of this but expect to have to turn in a waiver within the next 2 months. Kiley will post a general notice with links for this and update event postings with links for minors. Kiley assigned. PENDING
