Notes:

Old Business:

Form letter/presentation for new venue pitches: Discussion was held on this matter. Group consensus was that to many variables are in play to write a 'one size fits all' letter. Decision was made to create TAC letterhead and introduction paragraph stating who we are as a template for individualized correspondence. Seedy is tasked with creating the letterhead and Boomer is task with creating the introduction paragraph. Once completed Kiley will find web space to host the finished product on. This task in ongoing through the coming meeting in April.

TAC PO Box: Discussion was held on this matter and the board decided that a TAC PO Box was a use of funds that we did not wish to undertake. As a interim solution Kiley has volunteered to allow the use his home address for the organization mailing address. Kiley to update site information. This task in ongoing through the coming meeting in April.
Done

TAC Business Cards/Flyers: Seedy presented business cards complete with art at this meeting. Based on that design we will create a new back ground of player photos and run a minor printing run. Beans has agreed to ask his brother to donate time to take staged photos for the backdrop of the cards, date TBD once his commitment is secured. Once new art is handed off to Seedy 50 cards will be printed and original artwork saved to the website for future runs.

AO Search: Due to our current connections with the forest service for the use of SRBG we have been able to secure 2 new forest service venues in the Safford District 2 hours east of Tucson. Kiley will create new directions posts for the sites once adequate scouting and photos are taken. Additional AOs are always being researched and anyone's input is welcome. This task in ongoing through the coming meeting in April.

Pistol FPS rules: FPS rules for pistols are to be broken out to hot and cold readings. A task force has been assigned to get average readings at a hot and cold threshold and to provide that data for consideration in that fps limits discussion. Task force members are Bio and Beans.

Sniper FPS rules amendment: When posting the current sniper fps rules Kiley made a mistake in the joules conversion. During the meeting Kiley shared this and also shared the other rule variants used by large operations such as lion claws and combat challenge. A new sniper fps rule set was discussed and voted in, this rule set matches lion claws rule set as far as maximum allowed fps. The rule set is as follows:
*Sniper Rifle MAX fps-460 w/ .36 (3.54j which equates to 617 with /.20)
*A sniper file MUST be bolt action or have selector switches mechanically disabled/removed (must not be able to get into full auto during game, chrono marshals will check weapon to ensure compliance)
*Minimum engagement distance is now 75 feet and will be aggressively enforced for those with rifles near limits
Kiley is on tap to amend current rules verbiage to include the above. This task in ongoing through the coming meeting in April.
Done

Donations: Discussion was held on donation practices and group consensus was that all future donations should be done in such a manner that the donation is recognized the the person or organization and is not anonymous. No one has the action item to follow up on with this note.
NO ACTION NEEDED, This is the last update on this item.

New Business:

MED and Surrender rules review and revise

Previously read:
16. TAC recommends that if you get within 20 feet of someone, that you ask them to surrender before you shoot them. If they surrender, they are out and do not shoot them. If they do not surrender, you may shoot them, aim for a shoe or gear if possible to minimize injury. If you refuse to surrender to someone, remember that you are likely to be shot at a very close range and it will probably sting. Surrendering is optional for the victim, but is encouraged for safety sake.

Will now read:

Game event organizers will repeat this rule and the fact it is optional, but recommended, every game, verbally, before events start.

This item only requires kiley to updates the rules section and ongoing effort from organizers to mention it.
