TAC Meeting and Elections 06.25.2011

Meeting: 0600-0700
Pickup Games: 0700-Whenever

Where: Parking Lot; NWOPSite

What: Discuss old org business, close out committee tasks, elections, discuss new org business, assign new committee tasks and open floor.

Members: Please feel free to attend and let your voice be heard. This meeting is primarily for the board to go over old and new business and for all members to participate in the discussions. Member and non member is welcome and highly encouraged!

Non Members: Your welcome to attend and observe but will not have the ability to vote without submitting your membership papers and dues.

After the meeting folks will also have the options to get in on pickup games down on the NWOpsite field.

NOTE: Membership dues for 2011 will be $6 by the time this date rolls around and are good through the end of the year. This will be a good chance to get them handed into the treasurer without having to track him down at a pickup game or paypal them in.

Election: Please review the following thread for more information on the nomination and election process and to see who will be running for what board seats for the 2011 to 2012 year.

Just a reminder. Elections have been a closed event in the past. This year we are opening it up for everyone to attend and observe. However, only members are allowed to do the actual voting process. If you want to mark up a ballot please be sure to get your membership in order before the start of this meeting.

Dues for the remainder of this year are $6.

Lifetime dues are $40.
