Just got back from scouting the path to SASCO. As of Thursday morning there is some water in the wash. The water is a shallow 3 to 5 inches and will be cake for any 4WD or 2WD SUV or Light Truck. Most should be able to get a sedan with normal clearance through there as well as long as they take it slow. Remember its cheaper for us to pull you out of the sand then it is to replace your motor if you slurp up a wave of water.

I tried both north and south sides of the actual crossing and found that the south looked the most shallow from outside but due to how sandy it is it actually come further up my wheels. I'd recommend crossing on the north side or the middle.

Thanks for checking that out and for the advice Kiley! That's really helpful.
