Have the meet at NW to stop any confusion that may occur, then those who are gonna do pickups all RV in convoy fassion to SBell and go from there.

like posted, it doesn't look legit, the bolt looks like it was fastened really quick and tight, like they didn't ant to be seen or something, also, is it metal, paper, i cant tell from the pic, if it was legit, it'd be metal.
