What: Discuss old org business, close out committee tasks, discuss new org business, assign new committee tasks and open floor.

Members: Please feel free to attend and let your voice be heard. This meeting is primarily for the board to go over old and new business and for all members to participate in the discussions. Member and non member is welcome and highly encouraged!

Non Members: You are welcome to attend and observe but will not have the ability to vote without submitting your membership papers and dues.

After the meeting folks will also have the option to get in on pickup games down on the NWOpsite field.

NOTE: 2012 Membership dues will start to become payable as of this meeting. Membership dues for 2012 will be $12 at the time of this meeting and are good through the end of the year. This will be a good chance to get them handed into the treasurer without having to track him down at a pickup game or use paypal.
