I'll for sure be there for the meeting portion, tentative in pickups.

Plans with Nikki and her mom for the entire weekend, won't be able to attend. I do have some items I'd like have taken into the meeting though.

#1 please keep notes on the minutes and post them up so we know what actions where completed/taken/planned for the next period
#2 agree on a date for the next meeting if possible, technically it should last weekend of October if you want to get back onto the schedule of the last weekend of every other month
#3 if you reissue any action items I'd strongly advise breaking them into little bite sized tasks and assigning them to individuals instead of a nebulous 'we should do this'.
#4 if you need any website stuff done, please take detailed notes for me since I wont be able to attend. I'll probe for additional information if something is too big or I need more info.
