Agua Blanca Ranch near SASCO

Anybody familiar with the agua blanca ranch out near Ironwood? I was wondering if anyone knew where it was, or how to get there.....thanks

I am not familiar with it but according to the info here:

It is located near this marker which is a few miles south of Avra Valley Rd at the West side of the valley:

I guess to know for sure someone would have to drive out there, look at the sign, and then let us know what direction and distance it was from the marker.
