I have never applied for a permit to use blm land, I know that I have seen a few signs just off oracle at WILLOW SPRINGS road that mentions permits(Im pretty sure its BLM).
Certian places require a permit for ORV, Hunting and camping.
Airsoft leaves a much smaller foot print an the land than any of these, even with out Bio Bbs.
