What is the ranking system that we will be using? Will everyone start out at a base rank and then move up based on membership, skills, or whatever?

all folks start as a Corp. Rank is just for fun...As we progress we will give Honor ranks. once we have gotten to gether a few times and figured out whos best at what we will take turns doing some training.
