Looks good, the only other thing you may want to look at is upgrading your hop up nub and bucking. The stock one may be a bit skimpy for an M150 pushing .40s. Also, if your using it for a TAC event you will need to have full auto mechanically disabled if the G&P model has it as an M150 with that barrel length will easily put you into mid to high range sniper FPSs.

On top of what Kiley said I would actually recommend setting it up to run on an 11.1V lipo instead of the 9.6V. It will give instantaneous trigger response where the 9.6V is going to seem very sluggish.

Regarding the barrel:
Is it matrix or prometheus? They aren't the same brand. (I'm going to say it's matrix if it's only $30)
Also, the Airsoft GI brand 6.01's are better than Prometheus barrels.
Going over a 509 won't increase your accuracy, also. But that's just my opinion (backed up with empirical evidence), and I'm not sure, but I believe that the gun has an m16-length (20") outer barrel, which would mean you would only be able to fit a 509mm in there.

You're going to need a new motor as well. or high-torque/ultra-torque gears. A high-speed motor won't pull that big of a spring. At least not for very long.

I would recommend getting a lipo setup, and a mosfet instead of a 9.6v battery (your trigger response will thank you).

If you're upgrading everything on it, why are you starting with such an expensive base gun?

Also, you'll want a new piston. I can't personally recommend any SR25-length pistons... sorry.

While you will definitely be in the sniper range (and will need full auto PERMANENTLY disabled), you won't be anywhere near the 617fps limit with an m150 in an SR25 (the elongated gearbox drops the fps a bit).

So Curious.... I was thinking to stay away from a lipo from the problems i've seen with them, and I had already planned on disabling the Full auto feature... How much better is the 6.01 tightbore from GI? and i thought tighter barrel thats longer will b good but that's probably an old wisetail... How much more would it cost me to put those extra's mentioned profesionally installed... (Don't wanna do it myelf, don't want that gun to end up lke one of gills  ) and Any more advise? Please and thank you

PS how would I be able to achieve an CONSTANT FPS of +-10 of 600fps

+/- 10fps on a 600fps build will require more than a great gun, but also requires a great bb that is properly weighted for the energy.

I PM'ed you on a lot of this stuff.

LiPos don't cause problems, they enhance super sh!^^y parts' likelihood of failure. In even a decently upgraded gun they cause no problems.

This is Tyler from TF520
Heres some tips for that SR25
-If you already have a smart charger just get a 10.4 and save some $
-Get a madbull barrel for $30 or if you really want precision get the real promethius or an EDGI (best, but expensive)
-Get multiple mags incase they break or if you get trigger happy, being a sniper you may only want low-caps, but thats up to you
-The hop up is the best place to upgrade for performance, get promethius bucking and an H or concave spacer (helps alot)
All of this plus what you have would be a great gun, but you may be able to get something like it for cheaper. Post in the wanted thread for an SR25 full metal body or just get a boneyard one (under $200), then get a good gearbox (about $110), mags (20 each), battery ($40), and hop up including bucking and spacer (~$70)
All of this is estimated $440, and thats before coupon code ("c897r4rh" is 15% off for Evike). Just something to consider.
Sorry for the long post and no links, but all of this can be found on Evike. Good luck with that project.
