RIS Rail system for M4?

Is it possible to get a RIS Rail Unit for this M4?

also, is there any way to remove the front sight?

The front sight is held together by two pins on the lower part of the tower. Just like on an AR-15, so what I did is use the back side of a small nail with a hammer and gently pushed those things out. And then you'll need to take off the flashhider to slide off the sight as well.

yea like stated above, its really pretty easy, just gotta find a good RIS that wont wobble
