Yes its a smart charger.
When using that charger, check the individual cell voltages if you can. They've had problems with the charger not charging LiPo's properly, and all it took to fix that was 24 precision tolerance (0.1% tolerance) resistors. They had 5% tolerance ones installed, and those were causing improper charging, and in some cases, overcharging.
Here's the list of resistors you would need, and their placement:
4x 100k 0.1% 0805
2x 200k 0.1% 0805
1x 18k 0.1% 0805 which is connected in series with 100E 1% 0805 to form 18k1
1x 68k 0.1% 0805 which is connected in series with 300E 1% 0805 to form 68k3
8x 249k 0.1% 0805
8x 499k 0.1% 0805

Don't bother calling "Surrender" on me, unless you are A) Right by me or B) Shooting 450+ with .20's. I WILL shoot you if I see you, otherwise. I am stubborn, and don't like to surrender. Consider yourself warned.
