Umarex/Cybergun already tried this if I remember correctly. Trying to buy up HK, FN, S&W trademarks etc. However I don't think this will stop the flow of trademarked china guns, it may have some effect, but I think this is just predatory marketing practice so people who want correct trademarks will have to do custom jobs or buy the latest madbull receiver. Its exactly like Tokyo Marui's new system, wanna buy the new EBB guns? You have to buy our new mags too then.
