Pressurized airsoft gun

This seems pretty cool:

was wondering what you guys think of it. is it going to to be more practical than an AEG?
I think it would be pretty easy considering its powered by pressurized air to manually increase and decrease its FPS yeah?
With fewer moving parts it seems like it would be A LOT more durable than a regular AEG.

I could spit off a few pages on the history of Airsoft and gas rifles. I have finals however.
Needless to say. This is where we started, all airsoft guns used to be tank powered. yes polarstar is awesome. Many of the origional gas rifles still work today.
the escort mp5 and the sun project m16 are legendary, close to them is the toy tec p90.

Classics work, many just dont want to lug around a paint tank.

If they sell individual gearboxes, and a conversion kit to put 12-gram C02 cartridges in the grip (with a quick-change option) I will buy it on the spot. Until then, this is just a paintball gun.

You do realize that you'll get maybe 10 shots per CO2 cartridge right? That's a lot of reloading.

All airsoft guns started out paintball guns, and they were indeed awesome. It's why the price tag on them is so high right now. Look up "classic airsoft guns" if you want to know more. Brand names were JAC, Asahi, etc.

They'll release the box by itself. Same air rig though.

I've been thinking about popping one in one of those JG/SnowWolf M82's, considering that whole changable 6-700 fps deal.
When in doubt, call it out.

Similarly GHK has a series of AK that are GBB with storage in the magazine. They are also preparing to drop a V2 drop in replacement on the market for converting AEGs to GBB.

If this was set up on an LMG such as the M240G, M60 and so on I think this would be cool.the squad SAW gunner could lay down a lot of BBs with an air gun!.With all the gear that goes with a propperly set up SAW it would be easy to hide a tank in your back pack, and run the air hose down your sleeve.
For a shoulder weapon I wouldnt want it!
