Aside from gaining 20 lbs since breaking my arm and getting a girlfriend that I now live with (being a married man, you should know what I mean), I think I've done my share of fat gaining. I blame all the beers I've consumed for the gut.

Arm still big enough to carry the M60 though (and M82 when I get it). I concentration curl 30 lbs 3 sets of 10... Just need the other arm.
