Are you talking about converting a gas rifle to HPA? If so, you want this:

And 2 pressure regulators. 1 that will bring the 4500 down to ~500 or so, and then another that will bring that down to 50-200 PSI (some sniper rifle rigs require 80 PSI to shoot ~600, others require ~140 PSI)
