If it is priced like their M249 then I will definitely pick one up for a SAW.

good times.. hooray for china! BTW, did you hear about the airsoft metal mold seizures in china?. it suppossedly is going to cause a halt on AEG production at many factories till early next year.

...Oh yeah, although they (AGM) had approx US$60K worth of molds seized along with everybody else, they rushed the re-manufacture of the missing MP44 parts and it is apparently due for release mid next month......full metal and wood for the stroking. Mmmmmmm! We reckon about 150 quid for this one, maybe a bit more.....

Adding to the Chinasoft factories' 'mold seizure' issues, JG has had a shedload of important metal casting molds taken from them, meaning that there's going to be bugger-all coming from their factory in the way of AEG's for at least 2 months.

Similarly but to a far greater extent, CYMA quoted to me a figure of USD$441,000 in lost mold replacement costs. Small money in the scale of things as they ship millions of dollars worth out a year and are in the process of building a brand new 10million RMB (USD$1.49 million) factory.

However, they too will not be producing anything this side of Christmas that even looks like an AEG. This trend is going to be quite damaging to the Chinasoft market in that they will lose the huge pre-Christmas surge of orders and the cost of a Chinasoft gun in the New Year is anybody's guess.

That pretty much goes for every ICS gun. ICS SIG 55x, ICS AUG, etc.
