Need help with my gun.

Ok as some of you know I'm a noob to Airsoft guns. (sorry for that) but after getting into it I can't get enough. So I want to upgrade the gun I have and make it fit me better. Right now I have a Tokyo Marui M4 S-System and right now it's shooting 280fps. Would like to get that number up but have been trying to find how and what to do and can't really find much info for this gun.
So I was wondering. What if any info you guys could give me. Like can I use other parts from a different make gun to hop this one up? And if so what should I start with to get this thing running good?

Your gun will take all V2 gearbox parts. Springs are universal for A.E.G.'s unless noted otherwise.
