JG RIS Onto A TM? Having Some Problems, need Help.

Argh, I'm very mad right now. I bought an RIS handguard for my TM M4, because I was told it that this set fits onto JG's just fine, and that the JG is a copy of the TM as far as the handguard assembly goes.

My RIS comes in today, and I try to put it on... alas, it won't fit!!

I've taken off the fuse and plastic piece, to try and get the rail on; but the problem lies with the delta ring and front sight. For some reason, they just don't want to mate with the RIS! Has anybody else had this problem? Anyone know of a way to fix it?

The RIS is a bit long, and it doesn't mate into the front sight or the delta ring collar.






I think buying a JG front end might be the solution; but cash is so short that I might try dremeling first...

you need to use real rifle style delta rings like ca,g&p,kwa
