M249 feeding problems

My M249 will not feed bb's into my hop up regardless of which m4 magazine I use and I am getting a very low FPS of 221
Free body piercing, anywhere any size, if you stand in front of my iron sights.

new hopup spacer, because the m249's stock spacer comes in half. new bucking will help too
