Magpul PTS 75rd mid-caps not pushing BB's

EDIT: Solution found.
Just shove a small flathead screwdriver in the well, and wiggle it back and forth. after a few minutes of toying with it, I was able to unjam both of my mags.

First off, I ask that you bear with me in my Technical noob-dom, as I don't know many of the correct terms.

Anyway, I have the Magpul PTS midcaps, and I first noticed that they had BB's stuck inside, by hearing them roll around. Next, I noticed, that when empty, or close to it, the little nub that sits atop the spring, is NOT visible in the magazine. I'm guessing it got stuck/jammed.

Any suggestions/tips/ideas/fixes?

Maybe some info on how to disassemble this polymer nightmare?

Smack them on a hard surface in order to hopefully clear the bb jam
