Gearbox Help

Postby AZsharpshooter on Sat Mar 14, 2009 8:54 pm

Alright I just finished putting all the new parts into my Echo1 G36C and it won't fire. I've checked the motor that works fine, the timing of the gears well thats correct so that puts me at the trigger asymboly. This is what its doing, when you connect the battery to test fire it the trigger is hard to pull back and whe you do all you here is click. I will make a short video to show you exactly what I am talking about. The first time I test fired it I shot it in semi-auto and it work but then the trigger wouldn't go back and reset. Any ideas before I go crazy...

this has happened to my g36 to, the trigger assembly is hard to get in right, and you have to get it in right for it to work correctly. try redoing it.

everything seems to be in place, its like the metal piece connected to the trigger keeps sliping under the plastic part above it that touchs the metal connecters together.

its the way your sector gear is set, so your cut off lever is pushing UP your contact switch so the trigger wont push the contact switch,so make shure the sector gear is set so that it is not activating your cut off lever ;)
