Buffalo, I'll take the package deal we discussed on Saturday once I get through the wedding expenses (end of April). IF you have a serious offer between now and then feel free to make the sale to them though, I don't want to tie up any cash for projects and another side arm I'll only use on special occasions will be no huge loss to me.
