WTB civilian/older style mock-body armor

Looking for something similar to this:

For specific civilian impression. Color isn't super important, but preferably no camo-schemes. Does not need to be in great condition, I'd like to get it for less than $30 since a new one is only a few bucks more. Will consider other styles of vests if the price is right.
When in doubt, call it out.

I don't need a bullet proof vest. I need something that looks like a bullet proof vest. Thanks for the offer, though.
