M4 Upgrade Time

Your thoughts? For 80, this badboy is available to me in 1 paycheck.

I'm looking for a decent sniper rifle that allows me to pick off a target farther than my M4 could reach, simply because there are lots of times I see guys that I just can't hit.

EDIT: ---- After much discussion, I've decided to upgrade my M4.

I currently own DBoys M4 CQB

Are these installable on my gun?:

and will they help increase my range? If these parts don't fit, could you send a link of one that does?

comes with no scope. plastic body. but other than that, based on the reviews (on the website) its probably a decent gun. most likely will need a lot of work though (upgrades and stuff) to work to its fullest.
just sayin. i aint no expert on this things.

i wouldnt go for an l96 because--
- only ares and above companies make the accurate exterior finish
- too bulky for its own good
- everyone and their dog has one.

id recommend the well g22, the agm m700, if youre goin for cheap.

"Rifles are capable of mounting very nice scope and bipod" This means you're only getting the rifle.

Although, according to the description, it's a JG VSR-1. I'm no expert, but if you want to put a few hundred dollars into upgrades you may have something acceptable. Although the externals on clone L96's are fully terrible.

what would you suggest for a starter airsoft sniper? I am looking for something a bit more modern and tactical looking such as an M14 EBR, spring powered (so... not the M14), and one that can hit long distances (that outreach my M4). Also, I'm looking to spend under $200

as far as experience and stuff goes, I own a mosin nagant with the a scope, and i can hit a soda can 100 yards away within a few shots. I don't know how different airsoft sniping is, but i think it's something i would enjoy.

EDIT: I also don't mind a plastic body TOO much. I'm going to be slinging this over my back until I need it while using my M4 most of the time, so lighter carry would be kinda nice. I understand this isn't the role of a sniper, but I don't plan on sniping full time anyways- more of a support sniper during pushes or when flanking.

omg, so sexy!

EDIT3: So I took this question to another forum, and was told my money was better spent into upgrading my M4.
ouch.
That seems reasonable though. I own a stock Dboys M4 AEG.

What are your guys' thoughts? What would be the first upgrade I'd look at? A spring?

The barrel will work with your gun. The silencer thread is too big and will not fit your gun. The longer and tighter inner barrel may help your range a little but a stronger spring and better hopup will do wonders.
