I personaly think we need to form a small group consisting of at least one member from each team, and a TAC rep. This group would start scouting NEW AOs. Once a perspective AO/s is located, and researched. TAC should approach the owners of the AO and seek an agreement for the use of the area.
TAC being a large entity would add credability to the request as opposed to individulas approaching these land/property owners. A TAC generated use agreement would also address any liabilty issues. Though I prefer not to have to pay,I dont mind paying to have a secure, and safe AO to play on/in.
Potential AOs should have some or all of the following:
Be...
.. reachable by most cars or light trucks
.. with in 1 hour drive (one way)
..secluded as possiable
..safe
.
Have..
...Interesting topography
..cover and concealmet
..old structures,ruins (where available)
Other potential AOs..
Salvage yards on the outskirts of east tucson Ie;Auto and aircraft (long shot)
empty industrial buildings.(these are a long shot but you never know)
Private land south or North of Tucson.
Players,Keep you eyes out for interesting area, make a note of where they are. Take note of any realestate signs, and the #. Empty shopping areas, and most other structures are NO GO as the liability is to great.Concentrate on empty land thats looks like a fun place to skirmish.
