FAQ: TAC Membership
TAC members and TAC forum users


Please take a moment to review the below information. We have attempted to illustrate the difference between a full TAC member and a perspective member using the TAC forums. Basically, a TAC member has filled out an application/waiver, paid annual dues and has all the rights and privileges of belonging to the TAC organization. TAC members have access to the member’s only topics in the forums and are entitled to vote on issues that are presented to the TAC organization as well as have access to TAC member’s only perks and events.

A TAC forum user is someone who uses the forums, and participates in open events but has not filled out the paperwork or paid dues. If your not sure if you are a TAC member ask any officer of the board and they will be happy to find out for you. If your not a fully papered TAC member and would like to be, all you have to do is fill out the application and turn it into the Board Secretary.


How do I apply?

Simply print out the TAC Membership application and turn it in to the Board Secretary along with your membership dues for at least the remainder of the year.  For those of you under 18 a formal parental signature is required on your paperwork.

Note:  On October 1st 2007 and forward TAC members are required to pay a $12 annual due. This fee is pro-rated for January payment so if you decide to jon in July you would owe $6 for the remainder of the year like wise if you pay in October the balance would be $3. You also have the option to pay $40 for a life time membership. Dues can be handed in to the TAC secretary or treasurer or paypaled to the following address:

Alternativly, you can print out your application and enclose a check or money order for your dues amount made payable to 'blank' and send it into the following address:

Once your application has been turned and your annual due is paid you should be all taken care of in the next few days and start seeing the members only sections of the forum.  If you find you do not have any additional rights after 72 hours please PM a moderator or admin.


Do I have to apply?

You may be asking “Do I have to apply to play?” The answer to that question is no. If you are over 18 and follow the TAC safety and conduct rules and guidelines then your welcome to play with us and use the site, you simply do not have access to the benefits or members only boards and events and will not be able to cast a vote in organization matters. If you are under 18 and follow the TAC safety and conduct rules and guidelines then your welcome to play with us but we will require you turn in a parental consent waiver before your allowed on the field, this is to protect the organization from any possible liability issues.
